Kevin Spacey Faces New Lawsuit For Historical Sexual Assault Against Teenage Boys
Star Trek actor Anthony Rapp and an anonymous accuser file a lawsuit
Disgraced actor Kevin Spacey is accused in a new lawsuit of sexually assaulting two teenage boys in the 1980s.
Star Trek actor Anthony Rapp and an anonymous accuser filed a lawsuit accusing Spacey of sexually assaulting them when they were just 14 years old.
Rapp, who appeared in the previous season of Star Trek: Discovery, had already accused Spacey of “trying to seduce” him when he was young.
But more details of the alleged assault have come to light from the lawsuit, where the abuse date back to 1986, The Wrap reported.
Rapp accused Spacey of pushing him onto a bed and climbing on top of him at the House of Card's actor's apartment.
Spacey was 26 at the time, and Rapp was just 14.
Spacey responded to Rapp's claims in a statement:
“If I did behave then as he describes, I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior."

The second allegations come from an anonymous accuser going only by the initials C.D., who said Spacey acted inappropriately after having first met him during a 1981 acting class.
C.D. alleges Spacey invited him to his apartment were a sexual enccounter took place when he was 14.
C.D. also claims he and Spacey had several more sexual encounters before he ejected Spacey and fled from the famed actor’s apartment.
Spacey has faced a series of legal problems since 2016.
Neon Nettle reported last year, a court was shown a series of text messages from the teenage accuser, in which he pleads for "help" from his girlfriend and claims the actor "grabbed" his penis "like eight times."
But in July of 2019, the young man had dropped his lawsuit.
British police officials flew to the U.S. to interview Spacey about allegations.
The investigation focused on six sexual abuse claims alleged to have occurred between 2004 and 2015 when Spacey was running London’s Old Vic Theater.
