Biden Asks Black Reporter if He's a 'Junkie' After He Questions Mental Health
Former VP snaps at CBS News’ Errol Barnett

Presidential nominee Joe Biden snapped in response to a question regarding his mental health and whether or not he had taken a cognitive test.
CBS News’ Errol Barnett asked Biden if he had taken a test that would assess his mental fitness, which appeared to trigger the former vice president.
“No, I haven’t taken a test! Why the hell would I take a test? C’mon, man!" Biden responded.
Biden then challenged the interviewer:
“That’s like saying you, before you got in this program, if you take a test where you’re taking cocaine or not, what do you think? Huh? Are you a junkie?”

Biden then went on to boast he had the acuity and readiness to debate Trump, but seemingly got confused with his pronunciation and word order.

“I’m so forward looking to have an opportunity to sit with the president — or stand with the president — in debates,” Biden insisted.
“I am very willing to let the American people judge my physical, mental fil–my physical as well as my mental fil–fitness,” he concluded.
Earlier his year, Biden sparked backlash after he told podcast host Charlamagne tha God during an interview with The Breakfast Club that African Americans "ain't black" if they "have a problem figuring out" if they should vote for him over President Donald Trump.

“If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black,” Biden told Charlamagne.

Imagine if Donald Trump said this… https://t.co/cyrzWWgmaJ
Earlier this month, President Donald Trump said Biden has an “obligation” to take a cognitive test to prove to voters he’s “sharp” enough to enter office and deal with foreign adversaries.
“Honestly, he should take the test,” Mr. Trump said, per Fox News.
"In a way, he has an obligation to, because you have to be able to show this country that the person that we’re picking as leader is sharp.”
"We’re dealing with people that want to do very bad things to us, if they had the chance. And you have to be sharper than them.”
