President Donald Trump has suggested delaying the 2020 election as the Democrats continue to push vote by mail, which the President predicted would be the “most inaccurate and fraudulent” in history.
“Delay the Election until people can properly, securely and safely vote???” Trump asked on Twitter.
With Universal Mail-In Voting (not Absentee Voting, which is good), 2020 will be the most INACCURATE & FRAUDULENT Election in history. It will be a great embarrassment to the USA. Delay the Election until people can properly, securely and safely vote???

Trump said mail-in voting was proving to be a “catastrophic disaster.”
“With Universal Mail-In Voting (not Absentee Voting, which is good), 2020 will be the most INACCURATE & FRAUDULENT Election in history,” Trump wrote on Twitter.

“It will be a great embarrassment to the USA.”
The President also warned mail-in voting would open up the 2020 election to foreign influence.
“The Dems talk of foreign influence in voting, but they know that Mail-In Voting is an easy way for foreign countries to enter the race,” the president wrote.

Trump also shared a news clip featuring a local news investigation in Philadelphia that exposed problems with mail-in voting.

“Votes from many weeks ago are missing – a total mess. They have no idea what is going on,” Trump wrote.

Last month, Attorney General William Barr echoed Trump's firm stance on mail-in voting, warning it “absolutely” opens the flood gates to voter fraud.
Barr told Fox News he was concerned the mail-in voting would undercut "the confidence in the integrity" of the US voting system.
"It absolutely opens the floodgates to fraud," Barr said
"Those things are delivered into mailboxes. They can be taken out,” Barr added.
“There’s questions about whether or not it even denies a secret ballot because a lot of the states have you signing the outside of the envelope," he continued.
