Pelosi: Trump Will Be Leaving the White House, Even if He ‘Has to Be Fumigated’
House speaker says president will be leaving 'whether he knows it or not'

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi declared President Donald Trump would be leaving the White House in November, even if "if he has to be fumigated."
During an appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Pelosi weighed in on the possibility of Trump refusing to leave the White House if he loses to former Vice President Joe Biden.
Co-host Mika Brzezinski asked the House speaker about the president's recent interview on Fox News’ Chris Wallace, noting that Trump didn't say he would leave.
But Pelosi asserted Trump would be leaving the White House, “whether he knows it yet or not,” even if he “has to be fumigated.”
“The fact is whether he knows it yet or not, he will be leaving,” Pelosi said.
“Just because he might not want to move out of the White House doesn’t mean we won’t have an inauguration ceremony to inauguration a duly elected President of the United States," she added.

"And you know, I’m second in line to the presidency just last week I had my regular continuation of government briefing," Pelosi continued.
"This might interest you because I say to them, this is never going to happen, God willing it never will, but there is a process," the House speaker said.
"It has nothing to do with the certain occupant of the White House doesn’t feel like moving and has to be fumigated out of there because the presidency is the presidency," she added.
"It’s not geography or location so, so much for him," she added.

"I wouldn’t spend so much time on it that’s a victory for him because then we’re not talking about your first, more important subject, which is, what are we going to do to stop this vicious virus that is making an assault on our health, again, our lives, our livelihood and life of our democracy.”

Last week, Hillary Clinton warned the United States needs to 'be ready' if Trump loses the election in November and refuses to leave the White House.
"Well, I think it is a fair point to raise as to whether or not, if he loses, he's going to go quietly or not," she said.
"And we have to be ready for that."
In June, Joe Biden suggested the military will remove Trump if he refuses to leave the White House.
Biden also said Trump is "going to try and steal this election."
Biden cited Trump's claim that mail-in ballots lead to voter fraud, something the Democrats have been fiercely pushing citing health concerns from physical voting because of the coronavirus.
Trump has continually warned against "very dangerous" mail-in voting for the upcoming 2020 election in November, something the Democrats have been desperately pushing since the coronavirus pandemic.
