Illegal Alien Arrested for Raping 7-Year-Old Set Free by Maryland Sanctuary County
Illegal alien from El Salvador released into community

An illegal alien who was arrested for the multiple rapes of a seven-year-old girl has been released into the community by Montgomery County, Maryland officials.
Rene Ramos-Hernandez, 56, who is an illegal alien from El Salvador, was arrested by police after a 25-year-old woman accused him of raping her as a seven-year-old “at least ten times” between 2002 and 2003.
The woman told police in 2017 she has been raped on multiple occasions by Ramos-Hernandez.
Ramos-Hernandez was arrested by police and charged with two counts of second-degree rape, with one count of sexual abuse of a minor.
At the time of his arrest, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency placed a detainer on Ramos-Hernandez, requesting he be held in Montgomery County custody until being transferred to ICE agents.
Montgomery County District Court Judge Zuberi Williams then issued Ramos-Hernandez a $30,000 bail.

ICE was then contacted by Montgomery County officials just an hour before he was expected to post bail.
ICE officials revealed they were unable to get to the jail in time for Ramos-Hernandez’s release due to the late notice.
As a result of the Montgomery County official's late notice, Ramos-Hernandez posted bail and left the jail.
The accused pedophile illegal alien is now back int he community according to ICE and faces up to 70 years in prison.
Montgomery County officials partially ended their broad sanctuary county status following a series of illegal aliens being charged with crimes against children.
Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich, a Democrat, “quietly reversed” the county’s sanctuary policy earlier this year.

But Montgomery County officials refuse to hold illegal aliens to transfer to ICE agents.
Montgomery County also prevents ICE agents from entering county-owned facilities such as libraries and police stations.
Earlier this year, President Donald Trump announced federal funding for sanctuary cities would be withheld following a federal appeals court appeal, which ruled in his favor in March.
“As per recent Federal Court ruling, the Federal Government will be withholding funds from Sanctuary Cities," Trump tweeted.
"They should change their status and go non-Sanctuary. Do not protect criminals!” Trump added.
