Petition to 'Impeach Nancy Pelosi for Treason' Nears 400,000 Signatures
Democratic House speaker proving increasingly unpopular among patriotic Americans

A White House petition to "impeach Nancy Pelosi for crimes of treason" has received a monstrous 400,000 signatures after going viral.
The "We the People" petition, hosted on the official White House website, was started last year by Marjorie Taylor Greene, a patriotic citizen from Georgia.
Taylor's campaign accuses the Democratic House speaker of committing treason and calls for her impeachment.
The petition appears to have struck a chord with many Americans who have been left frustrated by the Democratic Party's ongoing attempts to undermine and disrupt President Donald Trump's presidency.
After being shared far and wide across social media, the petition has now far exceeded the minimum number of 100,000 signatures required to warrant an official response.
“Nancy Pelosi is a TRAITOR to the American People!" the petition reads.

"The Constitution defines, 'Treason against the US.. ..adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.'" the petition continues.
"Illegal aliens are enemies that invade our country with drugs, human trafficking, and terrorist causing death and crime to American citizens."
"Nancy Pelosi adheres to these enemies by voting for and providing them aid and comfort through Sanctuary policies funded by US citizen tax dollars, and refuses to protect American people by refusing to fund our border wall, leaving our borders open and unsafe.
"Pelosi refused to meet with Angel families, caused the government shut down then traveled on US dollars to Hawaii and Puerto Rico while 800,000 Fed workers don’t get paid, and uninvited Trump for SOTU.
"IMPEACH Pelosi for treason!" it concludes.

As Neon Nettle previously reported, the “We the People” petition calls on Congress to “IMPEACH Pelosi” and accuses the top Democrat of being “a TRAITOR to the American People."
Marjorie Taylor Greene, the Georgia woman who created the petition, personally delivered a copy of the petition to Nancy Pelosi’s House office.
Greene is continuing to encourage patriotic Americans to sign the petition, which has been given a boost by President Donald Trump’s recent calls for impeaching Pelosi’s in response to her handling of the Democrats’ impeachment inquiry against him.
The White House “We the People” website explains that the petition platform empowers every American citizen “to become an agent of change”
It also promises that if a petition gains 100,000 signatures in 30 days, the White House will “make sure it gets in front of the appropriate policy experts:”
Greene is reportedly still awaiting the "official response" promised by the White House website.
