Trump Warns Social Media Platforms After Twitter Fact-Check: 'Clean Your Act Up Now'
President says that many conservatives feel censored

President Donald Trump warned social media companies of closure following Twitter's fact check against his tweet about mail-in voting.
Trump noted that many conservatives feel censored by social media platforms, as the tech giants' most high profile censorship attack threatens to expose election meddling.
Trump added that Republicans would consider federal regulations and even closing down platforms if such censorship continues.
"Republicans feel that Social Media Platforms totally silence conservatives voices," Trump wrote.
"We will strongly regulate, or close them down before we can ever allow this to happen. We saw what they attempted to do, and failed, in 2016," he added.
"We can’t let a more sophisticated version of that happen again. Just like we can’t let large scale Mail-In Ballots take root in our Country," he continued.

"It would be a free for all on cheating, forgery and the theft of Ballots. Whoever cheated the most would win. Likewise, Social Media. Clean up your act, NOW!!!!" he added.

Twitter posted a fact check below Trump's tweets on mail-in voting, claiming it was misleading.
The notice said Trump's claims on mail-in voter fraud were "unsubstantiated."
Trump later responded to Twitter in an explosive statement, accusing the social media platform of "interfering in the 2020 Presidential Election."

The president slammed Twitter for "stifling free speech" before declaring that "I, as President, will not allow it to happen!"
....Twitter is completely stifling FREE SPEECH, and I, as President, will not allow it to happen!

President Trump has accused Twitter of election meddling after the social media site started to fact-check his tweets and add warnings to his posts.
"They are saying my statement on Mail-In Ballots, which will lead to massive corruption and fraud, is incorrect, based on fact-checking by Fake News CNN and the Amazon Washington Post," the president continued.
"Twitter is completely stifling FREE SPEECH, and I, as President, will not allow it to happen!"
Trump's 2020 campaign was quick to slam the move.
"We always knew that Silicon Valley would pull out all the stops to obstruct and interfere with President Trump getting his message through to voters," campaign manager Brad Parscale said in a statement.
There is NO WAY (ZERO!) that Mail-In Ballots will be anything less than substantially fraudulent. Mail boxes will be robbed, ballots will be forged & even illegally printed out & fraudulently signed. The Governor of California is sending Ballots to millions of people, anyone.....

Many Fact Checkers claims to be neutral and non-partisan, but despite those claims, many solely target conservative publications while leaving left-leaning sites alone.
