Conservative activist and commenter Candace Owens blasted presumptive Democratic Presidential nominee Joe Biden following his comments that black people "ain't black" if they vote for President Donald Trump in 2020.
Owens, who is known for exposing the Democratic Party's racist past, said the former Vice President's comments encapsulated how Democrats view "black people as trained chimpanzees."
Owens tweeted:

Biden on Saturday spoke with Charlamagne tha God on The Breakfast Club podcast where he made an unsolicited and racially charged remarks aimed at black Americans.
Biden declared that African Americans "ain't black" if they "have a problem figuring out" if they should vote for him over Trump in the November election.
“If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black,” Biden told Charlamagne.

Donald Trump Jr., the president's eldest son, responded to Biden’s comment, tweeting that it sounded “racist.”

Biden apologized for his comments after tsumai of criticism.
"I shouldn't have been such a wise guy," Biden said.
"I shouldn't have been so cavalier," Biden told black leaders on a call Friday afternoon.
"No one should have to vote for any party based on their race, their religion, their background."
But Biden's comments gifted the Republican Party reach towards the black community.
