President Donald Trump blasted former President Barack Obama after he criticized his response to the coronavirus pandemic last week.

In a series of tweets, Trump compared his response to coronavirus with Obama’s Swine Flu response calling it a “disaster.”

“We are getting great marks for the handling of the CoronaVirus pandemic, especially the very early BAN of people from China, the infectious source, entering the USA,” Trump said.

“Compare that to the Obama/Sleepy Joe disaster known as H1N1 Swine Flu. Poor marks, bad polls – didn’t have a clue!”

The President in another tweet described the Obama administration’s actions in investigating Russia and the Trump campaign connection to Russia as “biggest political crime in American history, by far!”

As Neon Nettle reported on Saturday, Obama attacked Trump, claiming his response to the coronavirus as an "absolute chaotic disaster."

The former President also accused the American public of becoming "selfish, tribal and divided" because of Trump's leadership.

Obama's comments were revealed in a leaked audio file from web call the former president recently held with ex-members of his administration.

Obama also commented on the Flynne case being dropped, saying he was “worried” there was a risk to the "rule of law."

“That’s the kind of stuff where you begin to get worried that basic — not just institutional norms — but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk.”

“And when you start moving in those directions, it can accelerate pretty quickly as we’ve seen in other places.”

Obama was aware that the FBI was wiretapping Flynn’s phone calls, according to the unsealed documents.

Obama has been openly critical of Trump’s reaction to the virus in the past, saying America doesn’t have a “coherent national plan” for fighting the pandemic.
