Just two days before former First Lady Michelle Obama called on D.C residents to 'stay at home' as part of the country's lockdown orders, her husband Barack Obama was caught golfing.
Michelle Obama broadcasted a recorded message urging Americans to stay home, despite her husband blatantly ignoring the lockdown orders after he went golfing in Virginia two days earlier.
Mrs. Obama said in a Monday phone message:
“Remember, we urge you to stay home except if you need essential healthcare, essential food or supplies, or to go to your essential job."
“Thank you, and please stay home, D.C.”
Former President Obama was snapped playing golf in Virginia Saturday, with Politico‘s Playbook sharing the photo the next day.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson called out the Obamas on his show Wednesday:
“It didn’t seem to occur to her that those standards might also apply to her family,” Carlson said.
“And that’s why she didn’t mention essential trips to your country club.”

Carlson noted the trend of elites flouting lockdown orders.
"Our leaders making a mockery of the quarantines they so enthusiastically enforce," mentioning Chicago’s mayor getting a haircut despite hair salons be shuttered.
