Joe Biden: I'm An ‘OBiden-Bama’ Democrat
Presidential candidate raises more questions on his fitness for office
Former Vice Presdient Joe Biden has continued to struggle through his rallies the past few weeks, and even his trusted teleprompter isn't helping.
Questions are still being raised about the Democratic presidential candidate's fitness for office after he misstated his own last name during a campaign event on Saturday in St. Louis, Illinois.
“We’re going to unite this party and unite this country,” Biden said.
“And folks who want to nominate a Democrat, a lifelong Democrat, a proud Democrat, an OBiden-Bama Democrat, join us.”
The self-proclaimed 'gaffe machine' is now facing more scrutiny as blunders have become a weekly occurrence.
Last month, Biden claimed that 150 million Americans had been killed since 2007 from shootings during a CBS News debate.
Biden said during the Democratic debate:
"Imagine if I stood here and said we give immunity to drug companies, we give immunity to tobacco companies. That has caused carnage on our streets."
"150 million people have been killed since 2007 when Bernie voted to exempt the gun manufacturers from liability, more than all the wars, including Vietnam from that point on.'"
In August last year, Biden has a difficult time recalling former President Obama’s name during a discussion about Russia’s annexation of Crimea.
In the video, Biden referenced comments President Donald Trump made during his press conference at the G7 summit.
“They invaded another country and annexed a significant portion of it, called Crimea,” Biden said in response.
“He’s saying that it was President … my boss … it was his fault.”

Earlier this month, President Donald Trump blasted Biden saying he didn't even know what he was criticizing following a recent attack on the Trump administration.
During an interview on Fox News, Sean Hannity asked:
“What do you make of these numerous gaffes of Joe Biden?"
“Well, look, I don’t want to be too critical,” Trump replied.
“I just – you know, I’ve never seen anything like it, to be honest. And I’m sure that the Democrats are saying the same thing. But they’d rather have him than Bernie.”
“Any thoughts in your mind why you think Barack Obama has not endorsed his vice president of eight years?” Hannity asked.
“Well, I would say because he didn’t think he could make it,” Trump responded.
"He didn’t think he had a shot at it," Trump added.
"You know, he’s dealing with people that I didn’t rate the highest on the political scale.”
