Liberal anti-Trump actress Bette Midler reacted to President Donald Trump's acquittal by declaring that if he wins reelection in November, “he will rule you until he dies, you die, or both.”

Midler's epic Twitter meltdown seemed to be enhanced by the President's pinned Tweet, which accompanies a video jokingly showing him being re-elected year after year.

“HE PINNED THIS,” said Midler of the president’s tweet.

“YOU THINK THIS IS A JOKE, DON’T YOU? IT’S NOT. HE MEANS IT.”

“HE WILL CHANGE THE RULES AND HIS ENABLERS WILL LET HIM,” Midler added.

“IF HE WINS AGAIN, HE WILL RULE YOU UNTIL HE DIES, YOU DIE, OR BOTH. THEN…YOU’LL GET IVANKA.”

Midler earlier lamented House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), not ripping Trump’s State of the Union speech into “little, teeny, tiny pieces” and throwing it back into his face.

“Last night?” tweeted Midler.

“Too bad Nancy didn’t tear that speech into little, teeny, tiny pieces and throw that blizzard of lies right back in his face!”

Last year, Midler faced backlash on Twitter for sharing a fake Donald Trump quote, which falsely claimed that he mocked Republican supporters before running for president.

The quote was debunked as fake four years ago, which begs the question of why Midler didn't do some research before posting it.

The fake Trump quote is as follows:

“If I were to run, I’d run as a Republican. They’re the dumbest group of voters in the country.

They believe anything on Fox News. I could lie, and they’d still eat it up. I bet my numbers would be terrific."

Fact-checking' site Snopes debunked the quote:

“Despite People‘s comprehensive online content archive, we found no interview or profile on Donald Trump in 1998 (or any other time) that quoted his saying anything that even vaguely resembled the words in this meme.”
