Hunter Biden Called By Judge to Appear in Arkansas Paternity Battle
Biden misses the mid-January deadline to provide financial documents

A judge leading Hunter Biden's paternity case in Arkansas has demanded he appear in court to explain why he should not be held in contempt after he failed to provide five years of financial documents before its deadline this month.
The former Vice President, Joe Biden's son, is currently entangled in a paternity battle with former stripper Lunden Roberts.
Biden relinquished custody rights to the child he fathered with Roberts but has fought off his financial obligations for the child, named "NJR" in court documents.
After Biden missed the mid-January financial deadline, Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer sent his legal team an "Order to Appear and Show Cause."

Roberts lawyer Clinton Lancaster wrote:
Biden "continues to act as though he has no respect for this court, its orders, the legal process in this state, or the needs of his child for support."
In last year's affidavit, Biden informed the court that he has been unemployed since May with no monthly income.
Biden also filed a legal request in an Arkansas court to hide his financial records amid his ongoing child support battle, fearing the information could cause public 'embarrassment.'

In December, Roberts demanded Biden admitted to how much he was paid by the notoriously corrupt Ukraine energy company Burisma Holdings.
Lunden Roberts's child support case pressured the court to force Hunter to reveal how much he has earned from his work for foreign companies.
Roberts is demanding that Hunter Biden admits he was employed as a board member for Burisma in Ukraine and that he was compensated with tens of thousands of dollars a month.
The actual figure that Roberts asks Biden to confirm is redacted in the seven-page document filed last year.
