FLASHBACK: Biden Called for Paper Ballots Amid Concerns About Manipulated Voting Machines
Former vice president believed voting machines were open to manipulation

Earlier this month, an Allied Security Operations Group report found that Dominion Voting Systems' machines are "intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results."
It added that “the results of the Antrim County 2020 election are not certifiable.”
As Neon Nettle reported:
The report covers the forensic audit of Dominion's machines in Michigan’s Antrim County — which received national attention after it was discovered that 6,000 votes for President Donald Trump were "flipped" to Democrat Joe Biden due to an "error."
"We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” Russell Ramsland Jr., co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group, said in a preliminary report.
Though critics argued against the findings, there were still mounting reports of voter fraud that are supported by statistical analyses and witness affidavits.

It's hard to imagine that former Vice President Joe Biden was concerned about election integrity in the past.
WATCH:
In 2007, Biden was so concerned about election integrity that he called for election reform, which mandated paper ballots, and standardized voting machines.
“Which is what people usually mean by election reform," Biden said at the time.
"How are you gonna keep it from us being able to be in a position where you can manipulate the machines, manipulate the records?
"I think we should pass a federal law mandating that the same machines with paper trails be mandatory for every federal election."
“We can’t mandate state elections,” Biden continued.
“So in a nutshell, I think we should be mandating that we have a paper ballot with a standardized machine, standardized requirement.”

Biden also believed the election in 2007 was open to theft with electronic voting machines.
But as for the voting irregularities in the 2020 election, Americans are being told that everything was above board.
“We, the people, voted. Faith in our institutions held,” Joe Biden declared after the official voting of the Electoral College.
“The integrity of our elections remains intact.”
If Biden believed 13 years ago that electronic voting machines were susceptible to manipulation, then it is possible the same occurred in 2020.
The integrity of elections dependant on the fairness and accuracy of the vote, as Biden asserted in 2007.
