FLASHBACK: Pelosi Stood in Middle of San Francisco’s Chinatown Urging People to Come Out

Earlier this year in February, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was filmed standing in the middle of San Francisco’s Chinatown urging people to come out, a political response against the fact that the coronavirus came from China.
Pelosi took a tour through Chinatown while decrying racism that was occurring against Asian Americans because of COVID-19.
“It’s exciting to be here, especially at this time, to be able to be unified with our community,” Pelosi said at the time.
“We want to be vigilant about what is out there in other places," she said.
"We want to be careful about how we deal with it, but we do want to say to people ‘Come to Chinatown. Here we are, careful, safe and come join us.'”
"What we were trying to do is end the discrimination, the stigma that was going out against the Asian-American community."

"In fact, if you will look, the record will show that our Chinatown has been a model of containing and preventing the virus, and I’m confident in our folks there and thought it was necessary to offset some of the things that the president and others were saying about Asian-Americans and making them a target," she said.
"A target of violence across the country.”

What's more, Pelosi has since accused Trump of being “denial at the beginning" of the pandemic, blaming him for not taking the virus seriously enough.
Pelosi seemed to be blind to the fact that the President banned flights from China very early on to help stop the spread of the virus.
But the House speaker's tune soon changed as months went by.

In June, Pelosi called for a “long overdue” mandatory face mask requirement to be implemented across the US.
“Oh, it’s definitely long overdue for that," she said at the time.
“And my understanding is that the Centers for Disease Control has recommended the use of masks but not required it because they don’t want offend the president," Pelosi claimed.
Pelosi has also used the pandemic to help push the Democrats agenda.
One such case was Pelosi and the Democrats' wish list of demands, which did little to help the American people.
It included things like relief money for illegal aliens, early prison release for jailed criminals, abortion funding, permanent housing guarantees, mail-in voting for elections, and minimum wage hikes.
The timeline of events only proves what Pelosi's real agenda really is.
